Booking Policy for City Hill Hotel

Thank you for choosing City Hill Hotel for your stay in Bujumbura. Please read our booking policy carefully before making your reservation.

1. Booking Process:

• • All reservations must be made through our online booking system or by contacting our reservations department via email or phone.
  • A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be taken in full at the time of booking.

2. Check-in and Check-out:

• • Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

3. Payment Policy:

• • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
  • All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

5. Modification Policy:

• • Modifications to the reservation, including changes to the arrival or departure dates, may be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time, subject to availability and any rate changes.
  • Modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time may be subject to cancellation fees.

6. Occupancy Policy:

• • The maximum occupancy per room is two adults and two children under 12 years old, or three adults.
  • Extra beds and cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability.

7. Smoking Policy:

• • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel rooms and public areas. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to guests who smoke in their rooms.
